PP Film Extruder Machine

The PP resin is fed into the PP Film Extruder Machine through a hopper, and the rotating screw conveys the resin through the heated barrel, gradually melting it. The melted PP resin passes through a die system, which shapes and forms the molten polymer into a continuous film. The die typically has a flat or circular opening, depending on the desired film shape and size. Once the molten PP exits the PP Film Extruder Machine, it goes through a cooling and quenching process to solidify the film.
